The Grooveline Broadcaster app loads your slot by itself when you sign in. Any other software that streams to Icecast / MediaMTX takes these credentials (Traktor Pro, Mixxx, VirtualDJ, OBS Studio, butt, ffmpeg…). Rekordbox / Serato / djay can't stream to a server on their own — route them through butt, OBS or our app with a virtual audio cable (BlackHole on Mac, VB-Cable on Windows). Step-by-step setup for your software → A confirmation email has been sent to you. Credentials expire automatically at slot end time.
TEST YOUR CONNECTION
Prove your setup works before your slot — no audience, no social post, no recording.
NOT TESTED
Using the Grooveline Broadcaster app? Skip this card: sign in in the app and press Stream check. It does everything below for you.
Enter your normal credentials in your DJ software, but change only the mount point to the one below. Then hit connect — this panel asks our server whether your audio actually arrived.

Same password as your stream credentials above — the check mount is private to you and never appears on air.
Only Ogg / Vorbis or MP3 works — Icecast does not accept AAC. When you are finished testing, switch the mount point back to your show's mount point before your slot.
